Once you've picked your car, it's delivered to you in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. It lives at your house - you have the keys and don't share with anyone.
When maintenance is needed, we'll talk to you to arrange when it's convenient to come to you. We'll do it at your house if we can, or we'll leave you a courtesy car and take it to our maintenance centre to get the work done. Then we'll deliver it back to you. No organising - we'll do it all.
When that time of year comes, we'll arrange with you and collect, leaving you a courtesy car. Whatever work needs doing to pass, we'll do it. It will get dropped back to you with another year's happy driving to come.
The road tax comes straight to us and we pay it. We'll make sure it's always taxed. You don't need to think about it.
If you should break down away from home, we'll be there to help. You can call us 24 x 7 x 365, and someone will come out to you wherever you are in the UK.
There's always a backup car available, should yours be undriveable, even if you have an accident. You'll always be on the road, and able to get to work, get the kids to school, or wherever else you need to go.
